Comics for Kids with Chris Eliopoulos and Gonzalo Alvarez

We’re talking with Image and Marvel creator Chris Eliopoulos, who’s cartoon Xavier Riddle and the Secret Museum now runs on PBS, and Gonzalo Alvarez, who won acclaim for his dramatic and affecting indie game Borders and his original indie comic The Adventures of Polloman, which will soon be in book stores and ready for classrooms! Hosted, as per usual, by professional comic book historian Kevin Garcia!

We’re going to be discussing what it takes to make comics for kids, why there should be comics for kids, and what it takes to make comics and cartoons outside the comic book industry!

Got questions for the creators? An opinion on whether comics should have an age group? Suggestions on what you’d love to see in book stores? Join the discussion at facebook.com/monomythic!

And here it is!
